    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage decline since
April 30
    ** Battery minerals producer says it will raise up to A$1.5
mln ($990,600.00) via an entitlement offer at an issue price of
A$0.022 per share
    ** Issue price represents an xx% discount to co's last close
    ** About 116,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 20,766
    ** Stock down 48% YTD, based on last close
