** Shares of Dynamic Metals Ltd  DYM.AX  rise as much as
6.9% to A$0.155, their biggest intraday pct gain since Jan. 27
    ** Mineral explorer says it has started drilling program at
its Lake Percy Project, in the Goldfields Region of Western
Australia
    ** Adds drilling plans to explore existing and generate new
nickel and lithium targets for further drilling tests
    ** More than 259,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 121,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 23.7% this year, since debut on Jan. 16,
