Australia's Dyno Nobel hits near 3-year high after 'solid' annual results

Updates shares price, adds analyst comments

** Shares of Dyno Nobel DNL.AX rise as much as 6.9% to A$3.43, their highest level since December 2, 2022

** The explosives maker set for its best day since early October, if gains hold

** Co narrows full-year statutory net loss after tax including individually material items (IMIs) to A$53 million ($34.44 million), compared with A$311 million loss last year

** Excluding IMIs, FY NPAT rises 6%; declares final dividend of 9.5 AU cents per share higher than 6.3 AU cents last year

** Citi analysts say Dyno delivered a solid set of results

** Sees FY26 EBIT for Dyno Nobel explosives business around A$460 million - A$500 million

        ** Citi says midpoint on guidance is ~4% ahead of expectations

** Momentum should continue especially if Dyno Nobel EMEA & LATAM division can continue to deliver robust growth - Citi
