** Stock at its lowest level since December 18, 2025

** The explosives maker announces sale of Phosphate Hill to Ryowa II GPS, unit of Australian energy company Mayfair Australia Corp

** Deal at a deferred consideration of up to A$100 million ($69.78 million) payable to Dyno Nobel

** Co says it will no longer be providing outlook on Phosphate Hill performance

** Stock has fallen 2.2% this year, including session moves
