July 24 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

    ** Indonesian state-owned fertiliser company PT Pupuk
Kalimantan Timur  PUPUK.UL , or Pupuk Kaltim, is in talks to
acquire the fertiliser business of Australian-listed Incitec
Pivot Ltd  IPL.AX , two sources familiar with the matter

    ** Indian auto parts maker Samvardhana Motherson
International (SMIL)  SAMD.NS  said it made a second acquisition
this month, buying Germany's Dr. Schneider Group for 118.3

    ** Denmark's Orsted  ORSTED.CO  has agreed to divest its
remaining 25% stake in London Array Offshore Wind Farm in
Britain to funds managed by Schroders Greencoat for 717 million

    ** The board of Swiss software management company
SoftwareONE  SWON.S  said it rejected a revised offer from Bain
Capital to take the company private, saying it would launch a
strategic review to seek the best value for the company

    ** Australia's competition regulator said it has delayed its
decision on ANZ Group Holdings'  ANZ.AX  proposed A$4.9 billion

    ** China Ruyi Holdings  0136.HK , a movie production and
online streaming company, said one of its subsidiaries will buy
a 49% stake in an investment unit of Dalian Wanda Group for 2.3

    ** U.S.-based investment firm Bain Capital said on Sunday
that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 90% of Adani
Capital and Adani Housing, buying out all of the Adani family's
