May 16 (Reuters) - Australia's Incitec Pivot Ltd IPL.AX said on Thursday it was in advanced talks with Indonesian state-owned fertiliser company PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (Pupuk Kaltim) PUPUK.UL for the sale of its fertilisers business.
