** Shares of Scorpion Minerals  SCN.AX  rise 86.7% to
A$0.028
    ** Stock hits its highest level since March 28, 2024
    ** Mineral explorer enters a joint venture agreement with
E79 Gold Mines  E79.AX  for the Jungar Flats Gold Project in
Western Australia
    ** Agreement grants SCN the right to earn 51% of the project
by spending A$1.5 million ($946,800.00) on exploration in the
first three years of signing the agreement
    ** About 3.1 million shares change hands, 10.6 times the
30-day average of 294,063 shares
    ** Stock unchanged for the year, as of last close
