** Shares in Elf Beauty ELF.N down 24% at $91.04 in extended trading

** Firm forecasts annual sales, profit below market estimates on higher costs driven by tariffs

**  Sees FY net sales between $1.55 bln and $1.57 bln, compared with analysts' estimates of $1.65 billion, per data compiled by LSEG.

** Estimates adjusted profit to be in the range of $2.80 to $2.85 per share, largely below estimates of $3.58 per share.

**  Misses market estimates for quarterly sales of $343.9 million, compared to analysts' expectations of $366.4 million.

** Stock down ~6% so far this year
