Germany's E.ON sells Czech gas unit to CEZ Group's GasNet
Sept 5 - E.ON EONGn.DE will sell its Czech subsidiary Gas Distribution s.r.o to GasNet, a subsidiary of Czech electricity company CEZ Group CEZP.PR, the German utility said on Friday. E.ON did not name a price for the transaction. The move will put CEZ Group in control of the gas network across the Czech Republic with the exception of Prague, CEZ Group said in a statement on Thursday.
