E.ON SE is a Germany-based energy company. The company operations are divided into three main segments: Energy Networks, Energy Infrastructure Solutions, and Energy Retail, along with Corporate Functions/Other. The Energy Networks segment operates power and gas distribution networks across Germany, Sweden, Central Eastern Europe, and South Eastern Europe. The Energy Infrastructure Solutions segment provides energy systems, supplying heat, electricity, steam, and cooling to cities and industrial customers in several countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands, Croatia, and Slovenia. The Energy Retail segment supplies electricity and gas in key markets such as Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, while also offering solutions for energy efficiency, autonomy, and e-mobility. The Corporate Functions/Other business primarily manages the E.ON Group and finances the overall business portfolio.
