Description: U.S. stocks have opened higher as investors largely brush off
concerns over the Feds plans for tapering. The pace of growth in the economy
slowed unexpectedly in September, IHS markit's PMIs survey showed
manufacturing came in at 60.5. New weekly jobless claims have also
unexpectedly risen - by 16,000 to a seasonally adjusted 351,000. In a world
