Wall Street's main indexes rose on Monday, boosted by megacap growth stocks
ahead of a busy week of earnings and interest rate decisions from major central
banks, including the Federal Reserve.  .N

32,902.6. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 1.06% at 4,160.93 and the Nasdaq Composite
