Contract Win

The Board of EARNZ plc (AIM:EARN) is delighted to announce a significant contract awarded to the Group, which closely aligns to our strategic aim of building long term partnerships with new and established Tier One clients in the public and private sectors, responsible for residential and non-residential property portfolios.

A&D Carbon Solutions, which EARNZ acquired in July 2025, has been successfully awarded a contract by Fortem, working on behalf of Sanctuary Housing, on an initial two-year contract. This follows on from previous contracts awarded by the same client for Stoke-on-Trent and Chester. Work across Yorkshire will commence in May 2026 providing retrofit insulation, ventilation upgrades, and renewable energy solutions to homes. Initial revenues are anticipated to be £2.6m per annum, with a potential extension for a further 12-18 months. EARNZ will be delivering its services via National Retrofit Solutions (NRS), our Stafford based subsidiary, supported by Zero Carbon Group (ZCG), our Stockport based subsidiary.
