Profile Summary
EARNZ plc, formerly Verditek plc, is a United Kingdom-based clean technology company. The principal activity of the Company is to develop and commercialize clean technologies. The Company is focused on commercializing its solar panels. Its solar operations are based in an approximately 2,000 square meters factory located in Lainate on the outskirts of Milan, Italy, with a production capacity of approximately 80 megawatts (MW) per annum. It has designed its solar panel, which is from a panel of about 60 cells and has a power output of 340 watts (W). The Company has developed its PowerMat concept where circa 250 kilowatts (kw) of panels are connected by one of two systems and are stored when not in use in a shipping container for transportation and re-use in different locations. The Company provides solutions for military, transportation, cellular telecoms masts, new build homes (as part of an integrated roof tile system), and warehousing (where roofing structures are less rigid).
