Significant new contracts wins endorse EARNZ's strategic position
The Board of EARNZ plc (AIM:EARN) is delighted to announce two new significant
contracts awarded to the Group, which closely align to our strategic aim of
building long term partnerships with new and established Tier 1 clients in the
public and private sectors, responsible for residential and non-residential
property portfolios.
A&D Carbon Solutions:
A&D Carbon Solutions, which EARNZ acquired in July 2025, has been
successfully awarded a contract by Fortem, working on behalf of Sanctuary
Housing, on an initial two-year contract. Work across Stoke on Trent and
Chester will commence in April 2026 providing retrofit insulation, ventilation
upgrades, and renewable energy solutions to homes. Initially annual revenues
are anticipated to be £2.6m per annum, with a potential extension for a
further 12-18 months. EARNZ will be delivering its services via National
Retrofit Solutions, our recently formed subsidiary business, based in
Stafford.
This new contract follows on from A&D Carbon Solutions win in September
2025, to provide services to the Bradford Metropolitan Borough Council.
Warm Low Living:
EARNZ's subsidiary business, Warm Low Living, has been commissioned to start
survey design work on a contract for a consortium of Social Housing Providers
in Yorkshire. The project, starting in April 2026, is focused on the
delivery of installation of energy efficiency improvements to over 175
properties, and runs until end of March 2028, generating revenue of c.£2.1m.
The new contract follows on from the news in October 2025 that Warm Low Living
had secured a one-year £1.2million contract with the sustainable regeneration
specialist Equans, to supply and install insulation, ventilation upgrades, and
renewable energy solutions to 92 privately owned homes in Bradford, West
Yorkshire.
Commenting on these contract wins, Chief Executive Officer, EARNZ plc Peter
Smith stated:
"We are delighted to have secured such significant new contracts which
endorses our market position as a leading energy services provider in the UK
and demonstrates further progress on our strategic aims. Working for Fortem
and Sanctuary Housing, and with Social Housing Providers in Yorkshire we will
importantly be helping residents to make their homes more energy efficient,
reducing costs and creating warmer places to live.".
