Notice of Investor Webcast

 

East Star Resources Plc (LSE: EST), the Kazakhstan-focused gold and base
metals explorer, will host a presentation and Q&A via the Investor Meet
Company platform at 11.00 a.m. GMT on Tuesday, 16 December 2025.

 

The presentation, titled 'Company Update', will discuss, inter alia, the
US$25M+ gold exploration joint venture with Endeavour Exploration Limited
("Endeavour"), as well as Endeavour's investment into the Company, and the
recently announced US$65M farm-in agreement with a leading EPC partner to
advance the Verkhuba Copper Deposit and bring it into production.

 

The presentation, which will be hosted by Alex Walker, CEO, is open to all
existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via
the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00 a.m. GMT on 15 December
2025, or at any time during the presentation. A recording of the presentation
will be made available on the Company's website later that day.
