 LCY.AX  rise as much as 11.1% to A$0.020, set for its best
session since Feb. 16 if gains hold

 Heads of Agreement with Eastern Lithium Pty Ltd, unit of
Eastern Resources  EFE.AX , exclusively for rights of lithium
group of minerals at its Taylor Lookout project in Western

    ** Says co will continue exploring tungsten and base metals
in the project
    ** Stock down ~18.2% this year as of last close
