June 22 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1930 GMT on Monday:
** EasyJet EZJ.L and its investors are holding out for at least £600 million ($794.46 million) more from U.S. suitor Castlelake, the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing leading shareholders and people with knowledge of the talks.

** Ireland's CRH <CRH.N> said it would acquire U.S.-based Arcosa <ACA.N> in an all-cash deal valued at about $8.5 billion, strengthening the building materials group's position in North America.

** AbbVie <ABBV.N> will acquire biotech Apogee Therapeutics <APGE.O> for $10.9 billion in cash, they said, as the company builds its next-generation immunology pipeline.

** Castlelake made public its £4.74 billion ($6.26 billion) takeover plan for easyJet <EZJ.L>, ramping up pressure on the board of the budget airline, which promptly rejected it as "opportunistic" and not in the best interests of shareholders.
