Ebiquity announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
 
Rob Woodward, Non-executive Director and Chair, bought 41,759 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.359 per share.  Following this transaction Rob Woodward is interested in a total of 147,280 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital and 0.19% of the Company's total voting rights.
