Appointment of director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Morag Blazey to the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.
Morag has been Chief Executive Officer of Ebiquity's UK-based business since November 2013, leading both domestic and significant international client development and delivery. She is promoted to the Board as part of the management succession planning process, following the recently announced departure of Michael Greenlees, which led to the appointment of Michael Karg as Ebiquity's new Group CEO, starting in January 2016.

Morag Jenifer Hurrell Blazey, 55, is currently a director of Checking Advertising Services Limited and Fairbrother Marsh Company Limited (both are Ebiquity companies).
