This announcement replaces the Holding(s) in Company announcement of 6 November 2015 (RNS number: 8766E), which was released in error, stating that JO Hambro Capital Management Limited had reduced its shareholding in the Company to 7,540,000, representing 9.95% of total voting rights.
To confirm, the direct shareholding of JO Hambro Capital Management Limited is now 7,080,000 shares, representing 9.70% of total voting rights, as per the Holding(s) in Company announcement of 25 June 2015 (RNS Number: 2358R).
