Ebiquity plc, the leading marketing analytics specialist, announces that the lapse date of certain share incentivisation awards (the "Awards", as defined below) made to Michael Greenlees (Group Chief Executive Officer) and Nick Manning (Chief Strategy Officer) has been extended from 30 April 2015 to 30 April 2017. The performance criteria relating to the Awards had been satisfied in full previously and the Awards were already exercisable.
The beneficial holdings of each of Michael Greenlees and Nick Manning in ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") remains unchanged.
In May 2011, Michael Greenlees was awarded share options over up to 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares and Nick Manning was awarded share options over up to 1,800,000 Ordinary Shares (together the "Awards"). An employee benefit trust was established and issued with 4,200,000 Ordinary Shares to satisfy exercise of the Awards. Certain of the Awards would be deemed to have been exercised on 31 March 2015 if they had not been actually exercised by that date. In order to preserve flexibility for the Company, and for the option holders, the Company has today agreed to extend the lapse date, and the deemed exercise date should the Awards not have been already exercised, to 30 April 2017. 
Following this extension, the beneficial holdings of each of Michael Greenlees and Nick Manning in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged as follows:
Michael Greenlees is interested in 324,267 Ordinary Shares and holds options over 3,741,368 Ordinary Shares (including the Awards), and
Nick Manning is interested in 230,000 Ordinary Shares and holds options over 2,370,230 Ordinary Shares (including the Awards).
