Ebiquity announces that it has been notified today of the following
transaction in the ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Richard Nichols, Non-executive Director, bought 2,831 Ordinary Shares at a
price of 71.7 pence per share. Following this notification, Richard's total
beneficial holding is 250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.21% of the
Company's issued share capital and 0.22% of the Company's total voting rights.
