Ebiquity, a leading independent, global media and marketing consultancy, announces the appointment of Kevin McNair as Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from today, succeeding Andrew Noble who has been Chief Financial Officer for the past two years. The Company intends to appoint Kevin as an executive Director of the Board effective as soon as practicable and subject to customary approvals.  A further announcement will be made in due course.  Such announcement will include the required disclosures under the AIM Rules for the appointment of a Director to the Board.
 
Kevin has more than 25 years' experience in financial management and capital markets. He spent the past 15 years as Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer of various publicly quoted and privately owned businesses, many of which were in the professional services sector.
 
Kevin started his career with Fremont Financial in Chicago, then spent several years in corporate finance, first with UBS and then Granville Baird. He has a degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and an MBA from London Business School.
