Result of General Meeting

 

Ebiquity plc ("Ebiquity" or the "Company"), a world leader in media investment
analysis, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier
today, both resolutions put to the Meeting in relation to the Company's
MediaPath Acquisition and Placing were duly passed.

A breakdown of the votes received at the meeting for each resolution is set
out below:
