Eco Buildings Delivers Major Balfin Milestone as Scalable Housing Platform
Gains Momentum

Eco Buildings Group plc, a UK-listed technology-led company focused on
industrialised housing solutions, is pleased to announce a major operational
milestone on its contract for the prestigious Rolling Hills residential
development in Tirane.

 

The Company has now completed the sub-ground parking level and ground floor
structure of the first apartment block, marking further commercial progress
and demonstrating Eco Buildings' growing execution capability on live
developments. Furthermore, the Company has sufficient GFRG walls manufactured
and in stock to complete the construction of this first apartment block.

 

The building comprises 18 residential dwellings averaging approximately 100
sqm per apartment and is the first of a number of similar apartment blocks
planned for the site, which are expected to act as a precursor to a larger
villa development.

 

The project is being delivered for the Balfin Group (https://balfin.al/),
whose developments include landmark residential and mixed-use schemes across
the region.

 

Each apartment block is expected to generate revenues of approximately €2.2
million for the Company, with profit margins anticipated to be in line with
those previously reported by Eco Buildings, subject to programme delivery,
client instructions and normal commercial conditions. Successful delivery of
this project provides an important flagship reference site for future
opportunities in Albania and across other target markets.
