Eden Research plc (AIM: EDEN), the AIM-quoted company focused on sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free formulation technology for use in the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries, announces that its report and accounts containing the final audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020 ("2020 Report and Accounts") are now available on the Company's website:

Hard copies of the 2020 Report and Accounts will be sent to those shareholders who have requested them in early July, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
A General Meeting ("GM") will be convened in due course to deal with the formal business of laying out the 2020 Report and Accounts before shareholders, as required by the Companies Act.
