Japan electronics retailers Yamada, Edion plan merger to create sector giant, Nikkei Asia reports June 4 (Reuters) - Japan's consumer electronics retailers, Yamada Holdings 9831.T and Edion Corp 2730.T, are planning to merge to enhance product development and procurement in an intensifying competitive landscape, Nikkei Asia reported on Thursday.
