Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on December 22

ZURICH/BERLIN, Dec 22 (Reuters) - Here are some of the
main factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:
    ROCHE  ROG.S 
    The group said on Wednesday the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) had approved its monoclonal antibody for
treating COVID-19 in hospitalized adult patients.
    The intravenous anti-inflammatory drug, Actemra, also used
to treat rheumatoid arthritis, is the first FDA-approved
monoclonal antibody to treat COVID-19, Roche said.
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * SWISSCOM  SCMN.S  said Monique Bourquin will be proposed
as a new board member at its AGM next year, replacing Barbara
Frei. It will also expand its executive board to nine members
from six at present.  SCMN.S 
    * EFG International  EFGN.S  said it will classify a
portfolio of financial assets from 'financial assets measured at
fair value through other comprehensive income' to 'other
financial assets measured at amortised cost,' effective 01
January 2023. 
    This reclassification will help to reduce volatility in the
Group’s regulatory capital and will have no impact on its income

    * TX Group AG  TXGN.S  - The group and daughter company
Goldbach Group to acquire Clear Channel Switzerland
    * Softwareone  SWON.S  enters into total return swap related
to its Crayon shareholding  SWON.S 
    ECONOMY
    Swiss balance of payments data for the third quarter due to
be published by Swiss National Bank (0800 GMT)
