    * South sea petroleum-unicorn arts limited, wholly-owned 
subsidiary of company, and dadi film distribution (HK) limited 
entered into a contract 
    * South sea petroleum -  Dadi will invest US$8.4 million and 
be interested in 70% of proceeds, while unicorn will invest 
us$3.6 million and be interested in 30% of proceeds
