Elate Holdings Limited, formerly South Sea Petroleum Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of electronic products. Together with subsidiaries, the Company operates business through six segments. Manufacture and Sale of Electronic Products segment manufactures and sells electronic products in the United Kingdom. Sale of Minerals segment is involved in the production and trading of minerals, primarily graphite products. Trading Securities segment is involved in the investment of securities. Film Production segment develops a cultural industry business and multi-media products including making movies, television (TV) shows and Internet programs. Development and Sale of Mobile Phones segment is involved in the sale of mobile phones. The Others segment is engaged in design and manufacturing business.
