Exercise of Options, PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights

The Board of Eleco Plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software provider for the
built environment, advises it has issued and allotted a total of 187,812 new
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in
accordance with options exercised by Jonathan Hunter, Chief Executive Officer
of Eleco, and Neil Priotchard, Chief Financial Officer of Eleco, under the
2014 Share Option Plan.

Following this exercise, Jonathan Hunter is now interested in 289,968 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 0.34% of the issued share capital, and
Neil Pritchard is now interested in 66,205 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 0.08% of the issued share capital.

Application will be made for 187,812 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 3 June 2026.
Following Admission, Eleco PLC will have 84,387,572 Ordinary Shares in issue.
All Ordinary Shares shall have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary
Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company
immediately following Admission will therefore be 84,387,572.
