    ** Says co intends to build high-grade manganese oxide
concentrate processing centre and high-purity manganese sulphate
monohydrate processing facility in the U.S.
    ** More than 159,000 shares traded, 1.7x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock fell 39.3% in 2024 - its fourth year of consecutive
decline
