Elementis plc (the "Company") - Admission to Trading

 

A block application has been made for 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each for
admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This is
in addition to the existing block admission to trading dated 20 March 2025.

 

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects
with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company and issued under the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 (LTIP).

 

These shares will be allotted from time to time as and when the LTIP rules
require and allow.
