Confirmation of Board changes

 

 

Further to the announcement on 30 September 2025, the Company confirms that
Kath Kearney-Croft has taken up the role as Chief Financial Officer with
effect from 1 January 2026, and Ralph Hewins has stepped down from that role,
as well as from the Board.

 

The Board would like to thank Ralph for ensuring a smooth transition and wish
him well for the future.
