In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company confirms that Trudy
Schoolenberg, Senior Independent Director, will assume the role of Interim
Chair of the board of Accsys Technologies PLC (where she is current Senior
Independent Director) at the conclusion of its annual general meeting on 20
