Australia's Sayona Mining among top losers on ASX on bleak outlook

** Shares of Sayona Mining  SYA.AX  fall as much as 8.7% to
A$0.105, hits lowest since Aug. 29 
    ** Lithium miner says balance of cash and cash equivalents
as at Aug. 31 was A$257 mln ($163.91 mln) and sees balance of
cash and cash equivalents at the end of Sept quarter lower than
at Aug. 31
    ** Co says it is reviewing its forecast production and sales
at North American Lithium operation in Canada after a recent
failure of the rod mill resulted in four days of lost production
    ** SYA is among the top loser on the benchmark ASX 200
 .AXJO , which is down 0.8% 
    ** Stock down 39.5% so far this year, as of last close
