Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on July 1

    July 1 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Wednesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:
     
AUDAX RENOVABLES ADXR.MC, ELMERA ELMRA.OL, FORTUM FORTUM.HE 
Audax said it has presented three proposals to Elmera over the past two months and still sees it as highly attractive, while adding that capital allocation decisions will not remain open-ended indefinitely.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC 
The company said it is reorganising its operating model to create separate U.S. and ROW biopharma units, reinforcing regional plasma self-sufficiency. 

ACCIONA ANA.MC 
Acciona said on Tuesday it will increase its gross dividend to €5.75 per share from €5.65 per share, payable on July 9.
Separately, Acciona is preparing a takeover bid for its Polish unit Mostostal Warszawa MSWP.WA to secure full control and avoid insolvency, as the subsidiary urgently needs €133 million and has lost half its market value in one year, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Wednesday.

AMADEUS AMA.MC 
FitsAir and Amadeus signed a global distribution agreement to expand the airline's international reach by providing access to Amadeus' travel agency network.

ORYZON ORY.MC 
Oryzon Genomics said late on Tuesday it launched an accelerated bookbuilding offering for a capital increase of €10 million, potentially rising to €15 million depending on demand.
