Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on June 29

    June 29 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

AUDAX ADXR.MC
Fortum FORTUM.HE will offer NOK 47 per Elmera ELMRA.OL  share in cash, valuing the offer at about NOK 5.1 billion, and Elmera's board unanimously recommends shareholders accept the bid, Fortum said on Monday. 
Audax offered NOK 41.2 per Elmera share, but also said it was willing to consider increasing the offer price if granted due diligence access. 

DEOLEO OLEO.MC 
Deoleo has received first non-binding bids from Italy's Coricelli and other investors for a full or partial sale, advised by KPMG and William Blair, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Monday, citing market sources familiar with the transaction.
