       Dec 19 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2130 GMT on Tuesday:
    
    ** Brazil's government believes state-run oil firm Petrobras
 PETR4.SA  could increase its stake in petrochemical producer
Braskem  BRKM5.SA  to facilitate an eventual sale to foreign
buyers, a person familiar with the discussions said.

    **  Bahrain's sovereign wealth fund Mumtalakat is talks
about a deal with minority investors of luxury automaker McLaren
Group that would effectively see the fund becoming McLaren's

    ** Austria's Raiffeisen Bank International  RBIV.VI , one of
the banks in Europe most exposed to Russia, said that it would
take a nearly 28% stake in Austrian construction group Strabag

    ** The Spanish government will acquire a stake of up to 10%
in Telefonica  TEF.MC  through the state holding company SEPI in
a counterbalance to the acquisition of a large stake in the

    ** Shareholders of food company Fortenova on Tuesday
approved the company´s sale by its Dutch parent company
Fortenova Group TopCo B.V. to Dutch company Iter BidCo BV for

    ** E-commerce firm Shopee bought Brazilian fintech Blu's
local credit arm, according to a regulatory filing, as the
Singapore-based company aims to offer credit directly to

    ** The German Football League (DFL) has narrowed the list of
bidders seeking a stake in its soon-to-be created media rights
