India New Issue-Embassy REIT accepts bids for 3-year bonds, bankers say MUMBAI, June 22 (Reuters) - India's Embassy Office Parks REIT EMBA.NS accepted bids worth 7 billion rupees ($73.94 million) for bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Monday.
It will pay a coupon of 7.49% on a quarterly basis and had invited commitment bids for the issue earlier in the day, they said.
The company did not respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
