    ** About 7.65 mln EMBA shares changed hands in five blocks
at a price between 294.99 rupees and 295.88 rupees, as of 11:59
a.m. IST 
    ** Stock trading below its 50-, 100-, and 200-day
exponential moving averages since May 12
    ** About 8.7 mln shares traded by 1:54 p.m. IST, 9.5x the
30-day avg - Refinitiv data
    ** 12 out of 13 analysts covering EMBA have a "buy" or
higher rating, while one has "hold"; median PT is 372 rupees
    ** Stock down ~12% YTD
