India New Issue-Embassy Office Parks REIT to issue 5-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, Aug 24 (Reuters) - India's Embassy Office Parks REIT  EMBA.NS  plans to raise at
least three billion rupees  ($36.38 million) through a sale of bonds maturing in two years,
three bankers said on Thursday.
    The company will pay a coupon of 8.10% and has invited bids for the issue on Friday, they
said. In June, it had raised 10.50 billion rupees through two-year bonds at 7.77% coupon.
