up 6.9% at $1.70
    ** Co announces co-development of 199 megawatts of battery
storage projects with Nuveen Infrastructure in Italy, with up to
1.59 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of capacity
    ** Agreement the final stage of portfolio collaboration
between both firms
    ** Projects to begin construction mid 2025 and operations to
begin in early 2026
    ** Including session's gains, stock has fallen 38.1% YTD
