Emeren gains on sale of Spain solar portfolio

** Shares of solar project developer Emeren Group  SOL.N  
rise 7.17% to $2.62
    ** Co and French asset manager Eiffel Investment Group sell
29 megawatt peak (MWp) solar photovoltaic (PV) projects in Spain
to French PV electricity producer Rubis Photosol  
    ** Portfolio consists of three projects expected to be
operational in the second half of 2025 with power generation of
~57,000 megawatt-hour (MWh)
    ** Emeren previously sold a 410 megawatt (MV) battery energy
storage in Italy on Nov 9
    ** Including session's gains, stock is down 42.2% YTD
