much as 60% to a record high of A$0.400  
    ** The mineral explorer says it has applied for rare-earths
tenements in Brazil
    ** Adds that tenements involves submitting mining
applications for Mining Rights package to establish a new Campo
Grande Project, in An emerging rare earths province in Bahia,
Brazil
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain on record 
    ** More than 1.4 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of ~108,314 shares
    ** Stock up 92.3% this year, as of last close
