INTENTION STATEMENT TO MAKE AN ANNOUNCEMENT AT THE END OF THE PERIOD OF 12

Rule 19.6(c) confirmation with respect to stated post-offer intentions with
regard to AdEPT Technology Group Limited (formerly known as Adept Technology
Group plc) ("AdEPT")
Bidco announces that, further to the completion of its recommended cash
acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of
AdEPT, which was effected by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of
the Companies Act 2006 on 11 April 2023, it has duly confirmed in writing to
The Panel on Takeovers and Mergers, in accordance with the requirements of
Rule 19.6(c) of the Code, that Bidco has complied with its post-offer
intention statement made pursuant to Rules 2.7(c)(viii), 19.6 and 24.2 of the
Code, as originally detailed in its announcement under Rule 2.7 of the Code
dated 8 February 2023 and the scheme document published on 22 February 2023.
