 * Continuing connected transaction  
 * Says Emperor Beijing as landlord entered into the tenancy agreement with Emperor Motion Picture as tenant 
 * Tenancy agreement is effective for 10 years commencing from delivery date, which is expected to be on 1 July 2016 
 * Pursuant to tenancy agreement, premises shall be delivered to tenant on delivery date for renovation and decoration work 
 * Says expected commencement of business operation of the cinema is agreed to be on 1 January 2017 
 * Emperor motion picture shall pay Emperor Beijing a refundable guarantee deposit of approximately RMB1.9 million
