ADNOC LNG contract currently not at risk from Iran war, EnBW CEO says

FRANKFURT, March 25 (Reuters) - German utility EnBW EBKG.DE expects ADNOC ADNOC.UL to honour a long-term liquefied natural gas (LNG) supply contract despite an escalating conflict in the Middle East, CEO Georg Stamatelopoulos said on Wednesday.

EnBW in late 2024 agreed the deal, which will see ADNOC supplying 0.8 billion cubic metres annually (bcm/a) from 2028 over 15 years. The LNG will come from the Ruwais project, which will have a total capacity of 13.2 bcm/a once operational.
