FRANKFURT, July 1 (Reuters) - EnBW EBKG.DE is observing a direct impact on its hydro-electric plants as a result of persisting heat and low water levels, the German regional utility said on Tuesday, not specifying further.
"The persistently warm weather, combined with the low level of precipitation, has led to a decrease in water runoff," EnBW said in emailed comments.
"We are feeling this directly with regard to generation at the power plants."
EnBW still said the water levels at its dams were currently all within the target range.
